Building Resilience for Mid-career Professionals

 

Resilience is important to cope with the many challenges that mid-career professionals face every day.  It is helpful to explore work-life balance, self-care, assertiveness, communication skills, time-management and emotional intelligence in order to build resilience.  I work with my clients to explore these and other areas in order to help my clients develop the skills that they need to survive and thrive in their workplace.
